NuFACE devices are safe and gentle enough for everyday use, either morning or night. We recommend using NuFACE devices once in a 24-hour period, for 5–20 minutes per treatment.

How often should I use a NuFACE device?

For the first 60 days we recommend using NuFACE 5 times per week; after 60 days or after desired results are met, we recommend 2–3 times per week for maintenance.
