The Serious Steel 32″ bands are specifically designed for resistance training, especially for those who are under 5’10” (70″) tall. These band also work great with different resistance board systems.
If using with a resistance band board system, please be aware you MUST use a Band Guard to prevent bands from becoming damaged on the corners of the sharp edges of resistance band board systems.
Ideal for individuals under 5’10” (70 inches) Tension during the full range of motion. 7 Levels of tension.
WHY 32″ BANDS?
Designed to offer tension during the full range of motion for nearly all exercises. Intended for individuals under 5’10” (70″).
Because of the shorter length, 32″ bands are NOT designed to assist in pull-up training. The Serious Steel 41″ bands are the best option to help with assisted pull ups.
The 32″ bands are not intended to help with barbell training. The short distance creates too much tension during the lift and it is not recommended.
If you are over 5’10” (70″) tall you may be better off using the 41″ bands to provide tension during the full range of motion. These 32″ bands, may provide too much tension during the lift. Additionally, overhead movements are not recommended with the 32″ resistance bands. We recommend using 41″ pull-bands for over training.
