Q1: How to connect the watch with your phone?

1. Download ‘Zeroner Health Pro’ from Google Play or App store.

Q2: How can I see message notifications on my watch?

For iPhone:

1. Make sure the watch connected with iPhone. (Refer to the connection steps)

2. Open the ‘Zeroner’ →Device →Message Notification →Select the app you want to get notification.

3. Go to Settings of iPhone →8luetooth →Pair CS201C →Click ‘ⓘ ’ to share system notification

4. Go to Settings of iPhone →Notification →Zeroner →Turn on ‘Allow Notification’ and tick ‘Lock Screen’ , ‘Notification Center’ and select ‘Always’ for Show Previews.

For android phone:

1. Make sure the watch connected with android phone.

2. Open the ‘Zeroner’ →Device →Smart Reminder →Turn on ‘Notify the access’, ‘Call ID notify’ or ‘SMS notify’ you want to get notification →Add other App notifications and click ‘Save’ .

3. Go to Settings of android Phone →Notification →Zeroner →turn on ‘Allow Notification’.

For example, if you want to receive notification of WhatsApp, please allow all the permissions of WhatsApp when you install WhatsApp. If your phone cannot receive message notification, the watch won’t receive the message. You need to allow notification permission of WhatApp in the Settings of phone.

Q3: How to control music with the watch?

The music control function will show up on the watch, only when you connect the watch with app. The watch needs to be connected to the Zeroner Health Pro App to control the music, you can control the previous song and the next song and adjust the volume.
