1. How to connect the smart watch with MorePro APP ？

Step 1: Download the “morePro” APP directly from APP Store/Google Play

Step 2: Enable Bluetooth on your iPhone or Android phone.

Step 3: Launch Morepro app on your mobile phone and register an account.

step 4: Follow the in-app instructions to create your profile.

Step 5: Tap Device > Add new device > SEARCH AGAIN on your mobile phone, then tap V200 to connect.

2. How to turn on blood pressure and temperature with my fitness watch?

The initial device will not display Blood pressure & Temperature detection function, need to connect the App and open them first.

Step 1: Make sure your smartwatch is connected to your phone via the app.

Step 2: APP—>Settings—>Device—>Switch Setting—>Blood pressure test / Temperature detection.

Step 3: The Blood pressure and Temperature function will show on your fitness tracker smart watch.

3. How to change Units ?

Step 1: Make sure your smartwatch is connected to your phone via the app.

Step 2: APP—>Settings—>Units, then choose the Unit you needed, like Metric & Celsius.

4. How to customize the smart watch face?

You can press the power button and go to the menu to change the watch face. You can also customize the watch face in MorePro App.

5. How to receive texts or call notifications on the smart watch?

For iPhone:

1.Please give Phone/Messaging/Call log permissions when you install the morePro app for the first time.

2.Turn on the “Notifications” function in the morePro app: Open app–> Click the “Device” –> Click the “Notifications”–> turn on the call/SMS & app you need to get notification from.

3.Allow the morePro app to send notifications: Open your phone settings–> Find “morePro” app–> Notifications–> Click “Allow Notifications”–> Tick Lock Screen/Notification Center/banners, and tick “Always(Default)” in Show Previews.

*Note: The watch won’t receive any notification if messages/calls/SNS notifications didn’t appear on the dropdown of your phone, make sure they can show up: Phone Settings–>Notifications> Find the app you need to get notification from–>Allow Notifications. (Same process as step 3)

4.If the watch still can’t receive any notification: Please delete the “V200” from the Bluetooth paired devise list from your phone–> Delete morePro app and download again–> Repeat step #1-3.

For Android:

1.Please give Phone/Messaging/Call log permissions when you install the morePro app for the first time.

2.Turn on the “Notifications” function in the morePro app: Open app–> Click the “Device” –> Click the “Notifications”–> turn on the call/SMS & app you need to get notification from.

3.Please allow the morePro app to send notifications and keep running in your phone’s background. Otherwise, it will be refreshed to cause the disconnection:

<1>Phone Settings–> Apps–> Find “morePro” app–> Turn on “Notification”–> Also allow the “Phone”&”Messaging” permission.

<2>Phone Settings–>Find “morePro” app–> Launch settings–> Switch on “Run in background”.

*Note: Please make sure your phone’s dropdown can show you the message notification when it comes in.

4.If the watch still can’t receive any notification: Please delete the “V200” from the Bluetooth paired devise list from your phone–> Delete morePro app and download again–> Repeat step #1-3.
